Our group chartered a bus from Edmonton to Calgary return for 3 days. We were very pleased with the condition, cleanliness and amenities of the bus, and how it was expertly operated. The fast wifi onboard and the track the bus feature with ETA live updates were especially useful. Our driver Jason B. was wonderful in every respect and received many compliments from our members. Thank you Jason! Sarah who handled the sales and booking was very helpful with expert advice, prompt and clear communication, and great customer service. She made the booking process a breeze and inspired confidence that all will go as planned. Thank you Sarah. I will definitely use this company for our future trips and highly recommend them to anyone.

GoCoach has been amazing to work with. The drivers are always on time, very kind, and communication was great which made everything run smoothly. You can tell they really care about their service. Sarah was also great to work with. She made the whole process easy and stress free and really helped make our conference possible. We have been working with them for the past few years and it has always been a great experience. Highly recommend!

My class was on a trip out to lake Louise, and a storm began to roll in. When the bus hit the brakes, we began to swerve, and I saw the side of a semi truck right ahead of us. Our bus driver, Drake, recovered the bus, and corrected the course, single handedly saving a bus full of students. Absolutely amazing job!

I was on a recent Go Coach Charters bus trip with to Sun Peaks outside of Kamloops with the Rocky Mountain Seniors Ski Club. At times the road conditions were slippery and the foggy conditions made for poor visibility, but our driver Jason was extremely competent and professional. Additionally Jason has a very cheery and friendly demeanour. I’m looking forward to my next ski trip to Kimberley in March with Go Coach Charters!

We recently booked a shuttle bus service with Go Coach Charters for our corporate event, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first inquiry to the day of the event, every stage of communication was clear, fast, and professional. All our requests, including schedule changes and adjustments, were handled promptly and without any issues. Our guests were extremely satisfied with the service, and everything ran smoothly and on time. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable and competitive, which we truly appreciated. Thank you to the Go Coach Charters team for such excellent service. We will definitely use your services again whenever transportation is needed and would highly recommend you to others. — Window Mart Inc.

I've had a group work with GoCoach for several years and the service provided by their whole team is always fantastic. Our driver, Jason goes above and beyond to make sure our trips have been a success. They keep safety and comfort as a top priority and we will be happy to book with them again.
